'MapleStream' originated from a heartfelt ambition: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossini kin in 1985, our pizza shop began as a humble family endeavor with a legacy of recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossini, our progenitor, mastered the pizza-crafting artistry whilst journeying through Italy, garnering knowledge from Neapolitan pizza virtuosos—the progenitors of pizza. Once home in the UK, her resolve was to cast the spell of authentic Italian pizza, using ancestral methods and select, prime ingredients.
What commenced as a quaint pizzeria with just 12 seats has burgeoned into a cherished cornerstone of the locale, our dedication to excellence and genuineness stands constant. We preserve the wood-fired oven tradition, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and pursue the finest ingredients obtainable.
Nowadays, 'MapleStream' continues under the stewardship of the Rossini heritage, with the family's next generation at the helm of our exuberant crew. While we've integrated some contemporary touches, our core ethos endures: fashioning luscious, veritable pizza that convenes the masses.
