At MapleStream, we take pride in offering our customers delicious pizzas and exemplary service. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, which is why we have a transparent refund policy to address such instances.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958 immediately. If preparation of your food has not begun, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order is already being prepared, we may not be able to cancel it. Cancellations are at the discretion of MapleStream.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

In the rare case that your order is incorrect or not up to our standards, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Provide a detailed description of the issue, and if possible, include photographs as evidence. After reviewing your claim, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or a voucher for your next purchase.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policies, the refund may take several days to appear on your account statement. If you have not received your refund within a week, please contact us.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable: gift vouchers, and delivery charges, unless we are at fault for a delivery error. Beverages such as juices and lemonades are only refundable if they are unopened and reported to us on the day of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958.
